Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers who intend to resell our products in a retail environment. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.
Wholesale purchases are intended for resale purposes only and may not be used for private labeling, repackaging, or resale under another brand without written permission.
Minimum Order Requirements
A minimum order amount of $____ is required for all wholesale purchases.
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum purchase amount before shipping and taxes (if applicable).
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided exclusively to approved wholesale partners. Retailers must sell products at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) unless otherwise approved in writing.
Undercutting MSRP may result in termination of the wholesale relationship.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to order processing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Orders will not enter production or processing until payment has been received.
Order Processing
Wholesale orders are typically processed within – business days after payment is received. Processing time may vary depending on order size and product availability.
Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, larger wholesale orders may require additional production time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced with the order.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Photo documentation of the product, packaging, and shipping box is required.
Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Product Storage & Handling
Wholesale buyers are responsible for storing products properly, including:

Keeping products in a cool, dry environment

Avoiding direct sunlight and extreme heat

Following proper safety guidelines for candles, wax products, and incense
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate wholesale relationships if:

Brand integrity is compromised
