All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, additional processing time may occasionally be required during high order volume periods. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though this timeframe is not guaranteed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Heat & Weather Shipping Policy
Many of our products, including body butters, wax melts, candles, and other wax-based items, can be affected by heat during shipping.
During warmer months or when shipping to hot climates:

Products may soften or melt in transit.

This does not affect product performance or quality.

Melted wax products can typically be re-solidified by placing them upright at room temperature.
We are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions during shipping. Customers ordering during warmer seasons acknowledge this risk.
