Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or personal sensitivity.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly review your claim.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation time.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of:

    • The damaged product(s)

    • The shipping box

    • The packing materials

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery confirmation cannot be approved.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
